Cornbread Salad

INGREDIENTS:

1 large pan cornbread crumbled up
1 large bell pepper chopped
1 bunch green onions chopped
1 cup chopped tomato
1 large can of ranch style beans (drained)
1 can corn drained or frozen corn thawed
1 cup or more of grated cheddar cheese
1 large container of sour cream (1 to 1 1/2 cup)
1 package of powder ranch dressing mix


DIRECTIONS:

1.  Mix sour cream and ranch dressing mix. May let it stand in the fridge overnight.

2.  Layer in a clear glass bowl.
–  Cornbread
–  Beans
–  Corn
–  Green Onions
–  Sour Cream Mix
–  Cornbread
–  Tomato
–  Bell peppers
–  Sour Cream Mix
–  Cheese (You may use cheese on other layers or not at all.)
*You may also want to crumble up bacon on the top of the salad.

3.  Serve chilled.
