Pumpkin Bread

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups Pumpkin (or 1 15oz can)
1 cup vegetable oil
3 cups of sugar
4 eggs
3 1/4 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp clove powder
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon


DIRECTIONS:

Stir dry ingredients together. Then, mix pumpkin, oil, sugar, and beaten eggs in another bowl. Add wet to dry and stir. This will make about 2 dozen muffins or 2 loaves.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes for muffins and 45-60 minutes for loaves. Cook times will vary by oven. Stick the bread with a knife to see if additional cook time is needed.
