All pastors’ wives are invited to join us to retreat and experience renewal and rejuvenation in the Lord. We are preparing to bless you with anointed speakers, practical workshops, and time for much-needed self-care and rich fellowship. After this retreat, you will return to your ministry encouraged and spiritually inspired to continue to serve with boldness and clarity in your ministry calling.
The Pastors’ Wives Ministry Retreat is designed to continue the heartfelt desire of Dr. Lois Evans to encourage, support, and train Pastors’ Wives on how to fulfill their ministry role without losing their personal identity and calling and also to provide networking opportunities for women of like vocation.
Widows of pastors are welcome to attend as well.

How much does the retreat cost?
The cost of the retreat includes all programming and meals (except dinner on your own on Thursday).
The early bird cost is $299 until 3/15/2025.
The regular cost is $349 until 3/31/2025.
Late registration will be $399 and will close on 4/8/2025.
What are the dates of the retreat?
April 10-12, 2025
Where will the retreat take place?
The event will take place at Cooper Hotel & Conference Center, 12230 Preston Rd, Dallas, TX 75230. You are responsible for making your hotel reservations. Call the hotel directly and as for the PWM Room Rate.
At which hotel should I make a reservation?
Cooper Hotel – Call 972-386-0306 to book a room. Be sure to communicate you are attending the Pastors’ Wives Ministry Retreat to receive a discounted room rate.
Will shuttle service be available?
We are not able to offer shuttle service from the airport to your hotel choice. Several ground transportation options are available from both Love Field and DFW International. Email pwm@tonyevans.org for additional information.
Can I stay at another hotel and still attend the retreat?
Yes! You do not have to book a room at the hotel in order to attend the retreat. The hotel is located in the North Dallas area if you would like to investigate other hotels in the area.
