Brisket

INGREDIENTS:

1 roasting pan with rack and lid
1 trimmed brisket
garlic salt
black pepper
barbeque sauce


DIRECTIONS:

1.  Pre-heat oven to 350ºF.

2.  Rub garlic salt and black pepper into the brisket and place in roasting pan on rack.

3.  Brush or rub the brisket with barbeque sauce.

4.  Place a little water in the bottom of the pan and cover the pan and place in the oven.

5.  Cook on 350ºF for 45 minutes to an hour, then turn down the oven to 250ºF and slow cook until done.
*Make sure that it doesn’t dry out!
