Chicken Pot-Pie


2 uncooked pie crusts
1 can cream of chicken soup (you can also add cream of mushroom soup if desired)
1 can cooked chicken breast pieces
1 or more cups of frozen mixed vegetables or (1 can mixed vegetables)


1.  Mix and dump all the ingredients into one pie crust.

2.  Cover with the other crust and poke holes in the top.

3.  Preheat oven to 425º F. Place on flat baking sheet and bake until contents are bubbling hot and crust is a golden brown.

4.  Remove from oven and let stand a few minutes to cool.
