Corn Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

1 teaspoon of salt
1/8 tsp of pepper
1 whole can corn (Delmonte brand is best)
1 can cream corn
3 Tablespoons cornstarch
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
3 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons melted butter
Dash nutmeg


DIRECTIONS:

1.  Mix together all ingredients, except corn.

2.  Add the corn and pour into greased casserole.

3.  Set in pan of water.

2.  Bake 350 degrees for 1hr 15 minutes.

*Tip: Insert knife to test clean on or before that allotted time.
