Peach Bread Pudding

Peach Bread Pudding


1 lb. cubed bread
3 oz. butter
6 eggs
6 oz. sugar
1 ½ pt. milk
1 lb. peaches
1 lb. pureed peaches


1.  On a cookie sheet place the bread and drizzle butter over the bread.  Toast bread in oven.

2.   Whisk in a bowl the eggs, sugar, and milk.  Add peaches and pureed to the mix.

3.  Next add bread to mixture.

4.  Pour into a buttered sugar coated casserole.

5.  Preheat oven to 350º F.   Sprinkle cinnamon and bake for 1 hour or a little more.

6.  Once baked, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
